摘要

研究把轻质隔墙和地下室外墙2种墙体进行组合施工,粘贴有防水卷材的轻质隔墙板取代砖胎膜做防水基层,通过钻孔打入膨胀螺丝并锁紧螺杆将隔板墙固定在支护桩上,轻质隔墙与围护桩之间采用泡沫混凝土填充,地下室外墙采用组合拼装而成的移动式单侧支模体系进行支模,移动式单侧支模架间通过钢管进行加固,有效保证了狭窄空间中地下连续墙成型的质量观感,提高了外墙结构的完整性,又不刺破防水卷材,增强结构自防水能力.

Abstract

The combination construction of light partition wall and basement exterior wall is studied.The light partition board with waterproof coiled material is used as the waterproof base instead of the brick mold membrane.The diaphragm wall is fixed on the retaining pile by drilling expansion screws and locking screws.The light partition wall and the retaining pile are filled with foam concrete.The basement exterior wall is supported by a mobile single-sided formwork support system assembled in combination.The mobile single-sided formwork support frame is reinforced by steel pipes,effectively ensuring the quality of the formation of the diaphragm wall in a narrow space,improving the integrity of the exterior wall structure,without puncturing the waterproof coiled material,and enhancing the structural self waterproof ability.
