某新建地铁下穿变电站设计技术研究

某城市地铁项目下穿既有变电站,为满足地铁项目施工、运营期变电站的正常服役需求,研究开展了变电站基础变形及振动控制指标分析,隧道施工基础变形评估,地铁运营对地面振动影响评估等工作.研究提出了变电站基础变形、地表振动控制建议值,分析验证了隧道施工(下称CRD施工)及配套措施可满足变电站基础变形控制要求,采用钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构可满足变电站设备正常服役和办公环境保护需求,保障了地铁项目顺利建设、运营和变电站的正常服役.
RESEARCH ON DESIGN TECHNOLOGY OF A NEWLY BUILT SUBWAY UNDERPASS SUBSTATION
A subway project in a certain city passes through an existing substation.In order to meet the normal service needs of the substation during the construction and operation period of the subway project,research has been carried out on the analysis of substation foundation deformation and vibration control indicators,tunnel construction foundation deformation assessment,and subway operation impact assessment on ground vibration.The study proposed recommended values for the control of substation foundation deformation and surface vibration,analyzed and verified that tunnel construction(hereinafter referred to as CRD construction)and supporting measures can meet the requirements of substation foundation deformation control.The use of steel spring floating plate track structure can meet the normal service and environmental protection needs of substation equipment,ensuring the smooth construction and operation of subway projects and the normal service of substations.
