COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CONNECTING CAVITY TECHNOLOGY AND THE GROUTING TECHNOLOGY OF THE FULL GROUTING SLEEVE OF THE PRECAST SHEAR WALL
To compare and analyze the process of connecting cavity with grouting sleeve of precast shear wall.Twelve prefabricated shear walls were made and divided into two groups,and sleeves were buried in the prefabricated shear walls.Each group of specimens underwent cavity connection operation of the full grouting sleeve of the prefabricated shear wall and cavity connection operation of the grouting sleeve of the prefabricated shear wall respectively.Vibration sensors were used to test the vibration of the concrete in the cavity,collect the vibration energy value of the slurry,and through ultrasonic detection of the slurry in the cavity.The slurry porosity in the cavity was collected.Results:The vibrational energy and porosity of the slurry in the full grouting sleeve connecting cavity process are lower than those in the grouting process.Conclusion:The slurry saturation degree and the porosity of the slurry are higher than that of the grouting process,so the slurry slurry connecting cavity process should be given priority in practical engineering.
