复杂城市环境下大断面竖井精细化控制爆破技术研究

在修建城市地下工程时,由于周边环境复杂,紧邻居民区等高敏感建筑,故采取爆破施工具有较大的施工风险,除此城市环境中的爆破振速要求也给施工带来进度缓慢、爆破效率低下等问题.以青岛某地铁工程调整方案为例,提出了精细化控制爆破技术,通过合理的孔网参数及数码电子雷管高精度特性进行爆破施工,萨道夫斯基经验公式计算及试爆段振动监测表明,采取精细化控制爆破技术能有效降低爆破危害,为类似城市地下工程爆破施工提供借鉴.
FINE CONTROLLED BLASTING TECHNOLOGY OF LARGE SECTION SHAFT UNDER COMPLEX URBAN ENVIRONMENT
Because of the complex surrounding environment and the proximity of residential areas and other highly sensitive buildings,blasting is a great construction risk when constructing underground projects in cities.The more strict requirements of blasting vibration speed in urban environment also bring slow progress and low blasting efficiency to the construction.Taking the blasting construction of large section shaft of Xiaogang station,the adjustment scheme of Qingdao metro line 2 phase Ⅰ project,as an example,the fine controlled blasting technology is proposed.Reasonable hole mesh parameters and high precision characteristics of digital electronic detonators are used to carry out blasting construction.Sadowski empirical formula calculation and vibration monitoring of test section show that the fine controlled blasting technology can effectively reduce blasting hazards.It provides reference for blasting construction of similar urban underground projects.
