摘要

目前解决地埋金属管材腐蚀问题最常用和最有效的方法是对金属管材进行表面涂层处理,常用的有机涂料存在耐腐蚀性随涂层老化而快速下降的缺点.依托随州管廊项目,通过对管廊内金属设备防腐层进行分析,得到防腐涂层的失效原因,分析阴极保护体系下阴极屏蔽的产生原因,选出合理的涂层施工技术,减少防腐涂层施工中的污染来源,为类似项目提供参考.

Abstract

At present,the most common and effective method to the corrosion issue of buried metal pipes is to surface-coat them.The organic coatings commonly used have the disadvantage that the corrosion resistance decreases rapidly as the coating ages.Based on the Suizhou pipeline project,this article analyzes the anti-corrosion coating of the metal equipment in the pipe to obtain the reasons for the failure of the anti-corrosion coating,analyzes the causes of cathode shielding under the cathodic protection system,selects reasonable coating construction technology,and reduces the number of anti-corrosion coatings.Provide reference for similar projects.
