摘要

以某市场升级改造工程为实例进行分析,研究钢框架和钢管混凝土束剪力墙结构体系在装配式施工中的应用.该工程采用了多层结构,其中地上主体结构采用了创新的钢框架和钢管混凝土束剪力墙结构,并详细探讨了该结构体系的结构优势以及装配率的计算方法.研究表明,钢管混凝土束组合结构住宅体系具有抗震性能好、施工周期缩短、工业化生产、现场装配化施工、节能环保等优点,对提高建筑工程的质量和效率具有重要意义.

Abstract

Taking a market upgrading and renovation project as an example,this article analyzes the application of steel frame and steel tube concrete bundle shear wall structures in prefabricated construction.The project adopts a multi-layer structure,among which the above ground main structure adopts innovative steel frame and steel tube concrete beam shear wall structure.Detailed discussion was conducted on the design,advantages,and assembly rate calculation method of this structural system.The steel-concrete bundle composite structure residential system has been proven to have multiple advantages,including excellent seismic performance,shortened construction period,industrial production,on-site assembly construction,energy conservation and environmental protection.It is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of building engineering.
