铝模外墙锥形螺栓孔封堵施工技术与优化研究

摘要
为研究更加高效实用的铝模剪力墙螺栓孔洞封堵工艺,通过理论分析、试验研究和工程应用3种方法研究了铝模剪力墙螺栓孔洞传统封堵工艺特点,同时对封堵材料配合比开展试验研究,最终研制了一种高效的封堵工具,确定了最优的膨胀剂、108胶等材料配合比.通过螺杆孔封堵强度检测,螺杆孔洞临水试验检测\砂浆棒强度检测3种检测对铝合金模板外墙锥形螺栓孔封堵施工技术进行质量评估,结果表明,采用优化后的施工技术能够在节约材料的同时满足强度要求,可见优化后的铝模外墙锥形螺栓孔封堵施工技术可为类似工程施工组织提供借鉴.
Abstract
In order to study a more efficient and practical technology for sealing bolt holes in aluminum-mold shear wall.Theoretical analysis,experimental research and engineering application are used to investigate the characteristics of the traditional sealing technology of bolt holes in aluminum mold shear wall,at the same time,the experimental research on the plugging material mixture ratio was carried out.Finally,a high-efficient plugging tool was developed,and the optimum mixture ratio of expansion agent and 108 adhesive was determined.The quality of the construction technology of sealing the conical bolt hole of the aluminum alloy formwork outer wall is evaluated by the three tests of the sealing strength of the screw hole,the water-facing test of the screw hole and the strength of the mortar bar.The results show that the optimized construction technology can save material and meet the strength requirement.It is concluded that the optimized construction technology can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
