摘要
以某医院项目的装配式装修为例,结合在施工过程中遇到的问题,从科学合理的界面划分及施工方案,部品、部件的选型,BIM技术的运用,样板间的实施引领等几个方面分析装配式装修在施工过程的技术管控要点,总结经验,为类似医院工程的装配式内装修设计及施工提供参考.
Abstract
This article takes the prefabricated decoration of a certain hospital project as an example,combined with the problems encountered during the construction process,analyzes the technical control points of prefabricated decoration in the construction process from several aspects such as scientific and reasonable interface division and construction plan,selection of parts and components,application of BIM technology,and implementation guidance of sample rooms,summarizes experience,and provides reference for the design and construction of prefabricated interior decoration of similar hospital projects.
