RESEARCH ON THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEME OF ALL INTERSPERSED PROCESS UNDER ALL CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE EXTERIOR WALL
This study focuses on a residential construction project located in Fuyang district,Hangzhou,which adopts innovative all-in-place concrete exterior wall technology and combined construction scheme with fully interspersed technology.During the design and construction process,the project team faced multiple challenges such as structural stability,environmental adaptability,and balance between construction speed and quality.Through the implementation of fine progress management and the introduction of a number of technological innovations,such as intelligent concrete ratio,high efficiency template system,UAV and robot assisted construction,the project not only ensures the construction quality,but also realizes the significant optimization of the construction cycle and cost.
