摘要
主要介绍某生产厂房华夫板楼面吊装大跨度超重钢桁架施工技术.通过对现场的合理分区、施工布置,优化现场材料倒运路线,提高机械的使用率,减小各种不利因素对现场施工的影响.同时对华夫板楼面采取铺设模板+钢板的保护措施,以确保建筑结构的安全可靠.
Abstract
It mainly introduces the construction technology of large-span super-heavy steel truss for hoisting waffle board floor in a production plant.Through the reasonable partitioning and construction layout of the site,the on-site material reversal route is optimized,the utilization rate of machinery is improved,and the impact of various unfavorable factors on the on-site construction is reduced.At the same time,the protective measures of laying formwork+steel plate are taken on the waffle floor to ensure the safety and reliability of the building structure.
