装配式混凝土建筑施工技术要点与现场质量控制研究

摘要
为有效实现对装配式混凝土建筑施工质量的控制,保证建筑的施工安全,以实际装配式混凝土建筑工程为例,分析该建筑的施工整体流程以及施工难点和重点,依据分析结果,针对叠合板安装技术要点、施工工艺和灌浆施工工艺进行调整,以实现两者施工质量的有效控制,并且经过测试分析验证该质量控制效果.
Abstract
In order to effectively control the construction quality of prefabricated concrete buildings and ensure the construction safety of the buildings,this study takes the actual prefabricated concrete construction project as an example to analyze the overall construction process,construction difficulties and key points of the building.According to the analysis results,the construction technology and grouting construction technology of the composite plate installation technology are adjusted to achieve effective control of the construction quality of both.The quality control effect is verified by testing and analysis.
