越江污水盾构隧道设计安全风险分析

结合江心洲污水收集系统二通道建设工程(穿越夹江段)隧道设计方案,采用检查表法,对隧道设计阶段盾构始发段、江中段和两岸工作井的结构设计风险、环境保护风险及工程运营风险进行分析与评估,确定其风险等级.从设计角度降低相应的风险.主要结论如下:①明挖段风险等级,江心洲工作井、江南工作井风险等级均为Ⅲ级;②盾构段风险等级,盾构始发段、江北岸盾构段、江中盾构段、江南岸盾构段、盾构接收段风险等级均为Ⅲ级,盾构及其重要配套设施的适应性风险、管片防水风险、管片开裂风险等级为Ⅲ级;③管道工程运营风险和社会环境影响等级为Ⅳ级.
SAFETY RISK ANALYSIS OF CROSS-RIVER SEWAGE SHIELD TUNNEL DESIGN
Combined with the tunnel design scheme for the construction project of the second channel of the Jiangxinzhou sewage collection system(crossing the sandwich river section),the checklist method was used to analyze and evaluate the structural design risks,environmental protection risks and project operation risks of the shield initiation section,the mid-river section and the working shafts on both sides of the river during the tunnel design phase,and to determine their risk levels.The corresponding risks were reduced from the design perspective.The main conclusions are as follows:①Risk level of open excavation section:the risk level of Jiangxinzhou working wells and Jiangnan working wells is Ⅲ,②Risk level of shield section:the risk level of shield initiation section,shield section on the north bank of the river,shield section in the middle of the river,shield section on the south bank of the river and shield receiving section are all Ⅲ.The risk of adaptability of the shield and its important supporting facilities,the risk of waterproofing of the pipe sheet,and the risk of cracking of the pipe sheet are level Ⅲ,③The risk of operation of the pipeline project and the social and environmental impact are level Ⅳ.
