市政管道非开挖光感树脂内镀膜修复施工技术与应用

摘要
由于城市道路建设的日趋完善,市政管道修路量也逐渐增大,传统管道修复施工仍面临施工时间长、影响道路交通、修复后管径缩小的问题.基于此,在总结管道修复工程等施工经验的基础上,结合某市农产品交易中心配套道路工程的实际情况,提出一种非开挖光感树脂内镀膜修复技术.通过该技术,可有效解决现有市政管道修复施工工期长、费用高、影响管径等技术问题,真正实现了环保、节能、100%非开挖修复.
Abstract
Due to the increasing improvement of urban road construction,the amount of municipal pipeline onstruction is also gradually increasing.Traditional pipeline repair construction still faces problems such as long construction time,impact on road traffic,and reduced pipe diameter after repair.Based on this,on the basis of summarizing the construction experience of pipeline repair engineering and combining with the actual situation of the supporting road engineering of a certain agricultural product trading center,a non excavation photosensitive resin inner coating repair technology is proposed.Through this technology,existing municipal pipeline repair construction problems such as long construction period,high cost,and impact on pipe diameter can be effectively solved,truly achieving environmental protection,energy conservation,and 100%non excavation repair.
