盾构法施工在富水砂层条件下穿越既有地铁隧道变形研究

摘要
以郑州地铁某线路下穿既有线路工程为依托,采用midas GTS有限元软件数值计算、现场监测、隧道壁后雷达探测相结合的方法研究盾构法施工在富水厚砂层条件下穿越既有地铁隧道变形的特征,并提出有效控制措施.结果表明:数值模拟和现场监测结果基本吻合;适当提高掘进过程土舱压力和掘进速度对控制竖向变形有积极作用,研究结果可为类似地铁盾构隧道安全施工提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the project of a subway line in Zhengzhou,the deformation characteristics of the existing subway tunnel under the condition of water-rich sand layer are studied by using Midas GTS finite element software numerical calculation,field monitoring and radar detection behind the tunnel wall.The results show that:the results of numerical simulation and field monitoring are basically consistent;Proper increase of bin pressure and driving speed in the driving process has a positive effect on controlling vertical deformation;The research results can provide reference for the safety construction of similar subway shield tunnel.
