以轨道交通装配叠合整体式地下车站为依托,结合装配叠合整体式地下车站结构设计思路,对车站的预制侧墙、预制中板、预制顶板、预制纵梁等预制构件安装工序和方法进行分析对比,研制一台可实现预制构件标准化、机械化作业的拼装设备.该拼装设备能够有效提高拼装效率和施工精度,改善施工环境,实现快速、绿色标准化施工,后期可向全国推广应用.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF ASSEMBLY EQUIPMENT FOR ASSEMBLY AND SUPERPOSITION INTEGRATED UNDERGROUND STATION
Based on the integrated and integrated underground station of rail transit,this paper adopts the installation process of prefabricated side wall,prefabricated middle plate,prefabricated roof,prefabricated longitudinal beam and other components,combined with the design idea of assembly composite integral underground station,developed a standardized intelligent assembly equipment of prefabricated components.The assembly equipment can effectively improve the assembly efficiency and construction accuracy,improve the construction environment,realize rapid and green standardized construction,and can be promoted and applied nationwide in the later stage.
