REINFORCEMENT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A COMPREHENSIVE SHOPPING MALL WITH FRAME-SHEAR WALL STRUCTURE AFTER RENOVATION
This paper introduces the design ideas and methods of reinforcement after renovation of a comprehensive shopping mall with frame shear wall structure.Based on finite element analysis,the frame beams near the column feet of the steel pavilion are strengthened by increasing the section and gluing steel,and the calculation results of the mechanical performance and safety of the building structure before and after the new steel structure is added are compared and analyzed.Thus determine the scope of reinforcement and formulate a safe and effective reinforcement scheme to ensure the smooth progress of reinforcement construction.The results show that,on the basis of maintaining the original structure of the shopping mall,the reinforcement design and construction scheme can ensure the seismic performance and safety stability of the overall structure of the shopping mall,and meet the requirements of the corresponding code,and the subsequent service life can be extended by 30 years.
