RESEARCH ON COST MANAGEMENT OF REINFORCED CONCRETE FRAME BUILDINGS
The article takes the cost management system as the starting point,briefly discusses the engineering overview,and conducts traditional structural design,anti buckling support frame building structural design,and isolation support frame building structural design.Through the analysis of reinforced concrete frame building design schemes under price changes,it can be concluded that when using anti buckling scheme 1 and isolation 12000,the reinforced concrete frame building structure is the most stable.In summary,the cost of reinforced concrete frame construction is related to structural design and market price factors.Managers should not only ensure the safety and stability of the building structure,but also consider price factors to design the building structure reasonably.In the cost management of construction projects,managers can fully utilize the functions of the cost management system to quickly calculate cost and assist the economic development of construction enterprises.
