在城市中修建地铁线路时,经常会面临复杂的地形和交通环境,盖匝道桥的施工技术研究旨在解决在城市复杂环境下地铁线路施工中的技术难题,提高施工质量和效率,保证地铁线路的正常运营.为保证匝道桥的安全性,需要严格把控施工质量,并尽量简化施工程序.结合某市地铁工程,对地铁车辆段上盖匝道桥预应力整体张拉施工技术展开分析,重点探讨预应力施工深化设计程序、预应力孔道摩阻试验以及预应力施工关键技术3个层面,旨在为同类型工程施工提供有益参考.
RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF RAMP BRIDGE ON SUBWAY
When building subway lines in cities,they often face complex terrain and traffic environment.The research on construction technology of ramp bridge is aimed at solving technical problems in subway line construction under complex urban environment,improving construction quality and efficiency,and ensuring normal operation of subway lines.In order to ensure the safety of ramp bridge,it is necessary to strictly control the construction quality and simplify the construction procedure as much as possible.Combined with a metro project in a city,this paper analyzes the overall prestressed tensioning construction technology of the on-ramp bridge in the metro car depot,focusing on three aspects:the deepening design procedure of prestressed construction,the friction test of prestressed pore and the key technology of prestressed construction,aiming to provide useful reference for the construction of the same type of projects.
