EXPLORATION OF TOP PUSHING TECHNOLOGY FOR TIED ARCH CONCRETE BEAMS
The jacking method is a common technology in bridge engineering,which can minimize the impact of engineering construction.This paper takes an overpass reconstruction project as the background case,firstly points out the basic situation of the bridge and the important and difficult points of construction,introduces the calculation of pushing conditions and the selection of pushing equipment.Then from the preparation work,test push,formal push and other 7 links,the construction technology of tie bar arch concrete beam push is elaborated.Finally,a summary of the linear control measures during the process of beam launching is provided to provide reference for the construction of similar projects,fully leveraging the advantages of launching technology and improving the comprehensive benefits of bridge construction.
