砖烟囱结构检测与鉴定关键技术要点分析

摘要
某酒厂酒糟烘干车间砖结构烟囱已投入运营使用多年,在使用过程中烟囱表面出现不同程度的腐蚀、开裂.为确保烟囱的安全和正常使用,先后3次对该烟囱进行了跟踪检测与鉴定.根据检测与鉴定结果,总结了砖烟囱检测与鉴定的一些关键技术要点,为同类工程提供参考.同时,通过检测、鉴定结果,为后续的加固改造提供依据.
Abstract
A brick chimney of distiller's grains drying workshop has been put into operation for many years,The surface of the chimney is corroded and cracked in use.To ensure the safe and normal use of the chimney,the chimney has been tested and identified for three times.According to the test and identification results,some key technical points of brick chimney inspection and appraisal are summarized,provide some references for similar engineering.At the same time,The test and identification results provide a basis for the subsequent reinforcement and reconstruction.
