摘要

结合广州市花都区某高层住宅建筑开发项目,研究轻质蒸压加气混凝土隔墙板(ALC板)施工技术,结合项目实际对ALC隔墙板材料准备、ALC隔墙板存放进行规定,总结ALC内隔墙板安装工艺,对关键的施工技术、质量控制措施、安装质量检测指标及方法进行了详细说明.经过分析,采用ALC隔墙板施工技术较传统的现场浇筑混凝土墙板施工技术在生产成本上每1 m2综合安装造价降低了18.0%,并且施工进度上前者是后者的150%,能带来显著的经济效益,具有广阔的推广应用前景.

Abstract

Combined with a high-rise residential building development project in Huadu District,Guangzhou,this paper studies the construction technology of lightweight autoclaved aerated concrete partition board(ALC board),and provides provisions for the preparation of ALC partition board materials and the storage of ALC partition board in combination with the actual project,and summarizes the installation process of ALC inner partition board.The key construction techniques,quality control measures,installation quality inspection indexes and methods are described in detail.According to the analysis,compared with the traditional on-site concrete wall panel construction technology,the comprehensive installation cost per 1 m2 of ALC wall panel construction technology is reduced by 18.0%,and the construction progress of the former is 150%of the latter,which can bring significant economic benefits and broad application prospects.
