地聚物基的制备及力学性能研究

研究以钢渣、赤泥替代部分水泥,以型砂为细骨料,建筑垃圾为粗骨料,制备了一种生态路面砖,通过化学成分分析(XRF)、扫描电镜微观形貌分析(SEM)及力学性能测试等工作,最终确定以型砂为碱激发剂,对钢渣-赤泥基地质聚合物的碱激发体系反应机理进行理论研究,同时进行力学性能测试.结果表明:随着试件养护时间的增加,生态路面砖的力学性能也随之提高.当型砂砂率为37%,钢渣-赤泥比例为3∶2时制备的生态路面砖力学性能最佳.
PREPARATION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF DIOLMER GROUP
A study was conducted on the preparation of an ecological pavement brick using steel slag and red mud as partial substitutes for cement,molding sand as fine aggregate,and construction waste as coarse aggregate.Through chemical composition analysis(XRF),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and mechanical performance testing,the reaction mechanism of the alkaline activation system of steel slag red mud based geopolymer was the-oretically studied using molding sand as the alkaline activator,and mechanical performance testing was conducted.The results indicate that as the curing time of the specimens increases,the mechanical properties of ecological pave-ment bricks also improve.When the sand sand sand ratio is 37%and the steel slag red mud ratio is 3∶2,the ecolog-ical pavement brick prepared has the best mechanical properties.
