DESIGN AND PROCESSING OF INTERSECTION NODES OF CURVED MESH FRAME
In recent years,the application of steel structures in building curtain walls has gradually increased due to their advantages of convenient and fast construction,lightweight and transparent,and flexible shaping.There are a large number of intersecting nodes of members in the curved grid frame skylight of the Zhangjiang Science Hall project.In the process of designing and processing intersection nodes,the rhinoceros plugin Grasshopper was used to solve a large number of statistics on different intersection node angles;Using a special process method to process the indoor side panels of the intersection node,the node achieved the desired curved surface effect and bearing capacity.According to the stress situation of the members,the internal reinforcement bars of the intersection node can be optimized.The results of node analysis and verification show that its bearing capacity meets the requirements.By analyzing and comparing nodes,production efficiency has been improved,costs have been saved,and verification or remedial measures have been taken for different nodes in different parts.
