摘要
为了解某住宅楼主体结构的综合安全性,研究对结构的砌筑用砖、砂浆、混凝土等构件进行了现场检测.通过对材料性能、外观质量检查和抗震承载力进行检测,最终得出了该建筑的安全状况,并给出了综合安全性鉴定评级,其以期为后续加固改造提供依据,并为类似工程检测鉴定提供参考.
Abstract
In order to understand the comprehensive safety of the main structure of a residential building,on-site testing was conducted on the masonry components such as bricks,mortar,and concrete.Through the inspection of material performance,appearance quality,and seismic bearing capacity,the safety condition of the building was finally determined,and a comprehensive safety assessment rating was given,in order to provide a basis for subsequent reinforcement and renovation,and to provide reference for similar engineering testing and assessment.
