混凝土叠合楼板施工技术及应用研究

研究以某住宅楼工程为例,首先介绍叠合板承载力和楼层支撑间距的计算方法,再阐述混凝土叠合板施工流程,并对流程中的预制叠合板生产和叠浇层施工展开探讨.重点研究了混凝土的配料、拌制、振捣,预制板的吊装及叠合层浇筑.最后,从叠合板尺寸和混凝土浇筑前钢筋及其他部件检查等方面表述了施工过程中的质量控制.
RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATION OF CONCRETE COMPOSITE FLOORS
Taking a residential building project as an example,this study first introduces the calculation method of the bearing capacity and floor support spacing of composite panels,then elaborates on the construction process of concrete composite panels,and explores the production of prefabricated composite panels and the construction of stacked layers in the process.The focus was on the batching,mixing,and vibration of concrete,as well as the lifting and pouring of prefabricated panels and composite layers.Finally,the quality control during the construction process was described from the aspects of the size of the laminated board and the inspection of steel bars and other components before concrete pouring.
