摘要

爬模在施工过程中,整个体系受力复杂,故存在各类安全隐患问题.研究以厦门某工程为例,主要探讨了液压爬模施工中的3个问题:核心筒变截面、剪力墙内缩以及加强层钢托座外伸.针对以上3点问题提出了3套解决方案:爬模高空拆除安装、斜爬技术以及翻板开洞技术.经工程验证,研究所提出的方案可以较好地解决超高层结构液压爬模施工时所遇到的上述问题,以期为以后的施工提供新思路.

Abstract

In the construction process,the force of the whole system is complicated,and various problems may be encountered.Taking a project in Xiamen as an example,the paper mainly discusses three problems in the construction of hydraulic climbing mold:variable section of the core cylinder,internal shrinkage of the shear wall and the extension of the steel bracket of the reinforced layer.In view of the above three problems,three sets of solutions are proposed:high-altitude demolition and installation of climbing mold,oblique climbing technology and flipping plate opening technology.Through engineering verification,the proposed scheme can better solve the above problems encountered in the construction of super tall structure hydraulic climbing form,and provide a new idea for the construction in the future.
