RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF SELF-PROPELLED STRADDLE STEEL SUPPORTED THREE-STEP TROLLEY IN HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY OPEN-CUT TUNNEL
In recent years,the design of high-speed rail open cut tunnels has been widely used in suburban areas of plain areas.The transformation of the stress system during the construction process of deep foundation pit structures is solved by setting temporary backrests,which limits the use of conventional formwork trolleys.The de-sign of the open cut section at the exit of the Fenhu Tunnel of the Tongsu Jiayong high speed railway includes 1~2 backrests.The project has solved the limitation of not using backrests in open cut deep foundation pit tunnels by jointly designing a self-propelled cross steel support three-step trolley with the trolley manufacturer.the author of the article combines the actual situation of the project and comprehensively considers cost,progress,quality,safety,and environmental protection.by using a self-propelled cross steel support three-step trolley,the construction process is simple and convenient,the structural construction efficiency is high,the appearance quality of concrete is improved,the time for setting up and dismantling full scaffolding is reduced,the amount of turnover materials is reduced,and costs are also saved.Through construction practice,it has been proven that this construction technology is feasible and reliable,achieving the expected results.In order to provide reference for similar projects.
