古建筑墙体缺陷灰浆加固修复技术研究

摘要
针对古建筑墙体裂缝、空鼓、脱落、腐蚀等问题,为了不影响建筑使用安全,研究设计了古建筑墙体缺陷灰浆加固修复技术.配制古建筑墙体缺陷灰浆加固剂,调整灰浆的配比、养护条件,使灰浆表面硬度不断增加,满足灰浆加固修复质量需求.灌灰修复古建筑墙体灰缝缺陷,将受损的灰浆抠掉取出,并在纵横墙间增加构造柱,确保墙体加固效果.针对灰浆风化、灰缝分裂、砖石松动、墙体受潮等情况,通过重嵌古建筑墙体缺陷加固泥灰,最终完成加固修复任务.研究采用实例进行分析,验证了该技术的墙体加固修复效果更佳,以期为类似工程提供借鉴.
Abstract
In view of the problems such as cracks,hollow drums,falling offand corrosion of ancient building walls,which affect the safety of building use,the mortar reinforcement and repair technology of ancient building walls is designed.To prepare mortar reinforcement agent for the defects of ancient building walls,adjust the ratio of mortar and maintenance conditions,so as to increase the surface hardness of mortar and meet the needs of mortar reinforcement and repair quality.Repair the cracks in the walls of ancient buildings,remove the damaged mortar,and add structural columns between the vertical and horizontal walls to ensure the reinforcement effect of the walls.Reinforce the defects of the ancient building wall,and complete the reinforcement and restoration tasks in view of the weathering of mortar,crack splitting,masonry loosening,wall moisture and other conditions.Through the analysis of examples,it is proved that the wall reinforcement and repair effect of this technology is better,and it can be applied in real life.
