CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF I-STEEL LATTICE COLUMN REINFORCED FOR ELEVATOR FOUNDATION IN BASEMENT ROOF
The construction elevator is one of the common vertical transport machinery in the construction of industrial and civil buildings. For the construction projects with basement, the foundation of the construction elevator is often set on the roof of the basement, but the whole construction elevator system with the rated load is larger.when the load is imposed on the roof of the basement, the roof of the basement needs to be reinforced.the traditional method is to make the elevator foundation separately on the roof of the basement, and take reinforcement measures under the construction elevator foundation. The reinforcement scheme includes steel tubular scaffold, coil scaffold, steel column+steel tubular scaffold or steel column+coil scaffold composite reinforcement technology, etc. However, the above reinforcement schemes all need to occupy a large space under the construction elevator foundation. It will inevitably affect the construction of the space below.Combined with the actual project cases, this study presents a new construction technology which directly takes the roof of basement as the foundation of construction elevator and uses I-steel lattice column to reinforce the basement roof, not only can avoid the construction of elevator foundation alone, but also can reduce the construction of elevator foundation reinforcement to the lower space occupation, safe and reliable, cost saving.
