RESEARCH ON THE INSTALLATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF LARGE SEGMENTS OF STEEL BEAMS FOR HANGING SLOW MOVING SYSTEMS IN NARROW SPACES
The construction period of the Jiulonghu Bridge is tight,and there are many construction intersections at the bridge site.After the completion of the main structure of the approach bridge,the installation of the lower slow-moving system results in a narrow space for lifting equipment and high technical difficulty.This study focuses on the situation where the main structure and slow-moving system are arranged vertically through continuous T-beams,with narrow spacing between T-beam piers and columns,and the upper main structure needs to be installed earlier than the lower slow-moving system.The slow-moving system is made into large sections,and the lifting point positions are reasonably arranged.The existing floating crane dual machine linkage is used to install large sections of the slow-moving system at the bridge site.By simulating and deducing the influence of the angle and water level on the installation process,adverse working conditions are analyzed,and the floating crane station position is optimized to solve the problem of overall installation and construction of steel beams in the slow-moving system in narrow spaces above water.
