摘要

为进一步提高路面弯沉检测数据和评定结果的准确性,研究通过落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)采集路面弯沉数据,采用测量系统分析方法(MSA)分析检测数据的重复性和再现性.基于分析结果,进一步探讨路面弯沉现场检测过程中影响数据变差因素及控制措施.研究结果表明:仪器设备是测量数据主要的变差,但该变差可以通过改善系统接受变差.研究结果可为下一步路面弯沉检测的规范性提供指导.

Abstract

In order to further improve the accuracy of the pavement bending settlement test data and assess-ment results,this study collects the pavement bending settlement data through the falling hammer bending device(FWD),and analyzes the repeatability and reproducibility of the test data by using the Measurement System Anal-ysis(MSA)method.Based on the analyzed results,we further discuss the influencing factors and control measures during the on-site inspection of pavement bending and settlement.The research results show that the instrumentation is the main variation of the measurement data,but the variation can be accepted by improving the system.The results of the study provide guidance for the next step in the standardization of pavement bending and settlement testing.
