预应力管桩具有承载能力强、便于运输和吊装、接桩速度快等优势.在软弱地基工程的基础设计与建设中,预应力管桩对承载能力有较好的适应能力.在工程实践中,采用的方法有2种,一种是静力压桩,另一种是锤击桩.通过结合某软土地区房建小区建设中预应力管桩的工程实例,并依托ANSYS平台,对预应力管桩在软基房建施工中的应用效果进行了研究,并对其在实践中遇到的问题和解决办法进行了分析,同时介绍了需要注意的问题,其可为相似工程的建设提供借鉴.
APPLICATION OF SOFT FOUNDATION PRESTRESSED PIPE PILE IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION BASED ON ANSYS
The prestressed pipe pile has strong bearing capacity,is easy to transport and lift,and has a fast pile connection speed;In the foundation design and construction of soft foundation engineering,due to its good adaptability to bearing capacity.In engineering practice,there are two methods used:static pile pressing and hammering.This article combines the construction example of prestressed pipe piles in a residential area in a soft soil area,and relies on the ANSYS platform to study the application effect of prestressed pipe piles in soft soil building construction.It analyzes some problems and solutions encountered in practice,and introduces some issues that need attention,providing reference for the construction of similar projects.
