基于海绵城市的再生骨料透水混凝土基层应用研究

摘要
为推动海绵城市建设,缓解城市内涝,实现雨水的自然积存与渗透,在对海绵城市进行基层建设时,研究针对再生骨料透水混凝土的应用进行了深入且系统的分析,研究依据体积法的核心理念,设计再生骨料透水混凝土配合比方案.利用机械搅拌与振动成型相结合的方式,制备与养护透水混凝土.设计基于海绵城市的再生骨料透水混凝土基层大孔隙面层结构,实现良好的透水效果和结构性能.通过实际工程应用分析可知,再生骨料透水混凝土基层拥有显著的高效空隙率特性,这一特性有效提升了路面的透水性能.
Abstract
In order to promote the construction of sponge city,alleviate the problem of urban waterlogging,and realize the natural accumulation and infiltration of rainwater,the application of recycled aggregate pervious con-crete in the basic construction of sponge city was deeply and systematically studied.According to the core concept of volume method,the mix ratio scheme of recycled aggregate pervious concrete is designed.The pervious concrete was prepared and cured by the method of mechanical mixing and vibration forming.The large pore surface structure of reclaimed aggregate pervious concrete base based on sponge city is designed to achieve good pervious effect and structural performance.Through the analysis of practical engineering application,it can be seen that the reclaimed aggregate permeable concrete base has remarkable efficient voidage characteristics,which can effectively improve the permeable performance of pavement.
