邻近建筑深基坑结构开挖施工安全研究

目前邻近高大建筑深基坑结构开挖安全施工锚杆搭接形式为定点关联,搭接效率较低,导致承载优化比下降,为此提出对紧邻既有建筑深基坑开挖安全施工技术的设计与研究.根据当前的施工需求,进行现场勘查及测量放线,对预设位置土方开挖,采用多结构的模式,提升搭接效率,搭接多结构锚杆支护结构,展开排队降水处理,最终验收监测完成施工.测试结果表明:深基坑的承载优化比均达到6.5以上,说明当前设计的紧邻既有建筑深基坑开挖安全施工技术更为稳定、高效.
RESEARCH ON SAFETY OF EXCAVATION CONSTRUCTION OF DEEP FOUNDATION PIT STRUCTURES IN ADJACENT BUILDINGS
At present,the safety construction of anchor rod overlap in the excavation of deep foundation pits for adjacent tall buildings is fixed-point correlation,with low overlap efficiency,resulting in a decrease in the bear-ing optimization ratio.Therefore,it is proposed to design and research the safety construction technology for deep foundation pit excavation of adjacent existing buildings.Based on the current construction requirements,conduct on-site investigation and measurement and layout,excavate the soil at the preset position,adopt a multi structure mode to improve the overlap efficiency,overlap the multi structure anchor rod support structure,carry out queuing and precipitation treatment,and finally inspect and monitor the completion of construction.The test results show that the bearing optimization ratio of deep foundation pits is above 6.5,indicating that the current designed safety con-struction technology for deep foundation pit excavation adjacent to existing buildings is more stable and efficient.
