摘要

研究对盾构泥砂渣样进行了成分分析,为满足吹填技术指标,采用自航耙吸船改进施工技术,直接将盾构泥砂吹填至现场,对整个吹填过程中的管线布置、流失量控制等技术进行了改进.同时对采用盾构泥砂吹填的具体工程进行了造价对比分析,以期为类似工程提供借鉴.

Abstract

A compositional analysis was conducted on shield tunneling mud and sand slag samples.In order to meet the requirements of hydraulic filling technology,a self-propelled rake suction ship was used to improve the construction technology.The shield tunneling mud and sand were directly blown to the site,and the pipeline layout and loss control technology during the entire hydraulic filling process were improved.At the same time,a compara-tive analysis of the cost of specific projects using shield tunneling mud sand filling was conducted in order to provide reference for similar projects.
