复杂地层斜拉桥超百米深灌注桩钻孔施工技术

传统的灌注桩钻孔施工方法有冲击钻孔、冲抓钻孔和正、反循环钻孔及旋挖钻孔.冲击钻孔的地形适应性好,其可满足卵石、砾石、块石、基岩等各类地质条件,能够较好的处理孤石或孤石群钻孔施工,但根据当地相关政策规定:靠近水源地河堤的桥梁桩基施工禁止采用冲击、锤击等震动大的施工工艺,故该桥梁灌注桩钻孔施工难度加大.结合工程实际,提出一种复杂地层斜拉桥超百米深灌注桩钻孔施工技术,总结出施工工艺流程及操作要点,最终实现了在复杂地层进行超百米深灌注桩钻孔施工的目的.
DRILLING TECHNOLOGY OF MORE THAN 100 METERS DEEP CAST-IN-PLACE PILE FOR CABLE-STAYED BRIDGE IN COMPLEX STRATA
The traditional drilling methods for cast-in-place piles include impact drilling,grabbing drilling,forward and reverse circulation drilling,and rotary drilling.The terrain adaptability of impact drilling is good,and it can meet various geological conditions such as pebbles,gravel,block stones,bedrock,etc.It can handle drilling construction of isolated stones or isolated stone groups well.However,according to local policies and regulations,the construction of bridge pile foundations near water source riverbanks is prohibited from using construction tech-niques with high vibration such as impact and hammering,so the difficulty of drilling for cast-in-place piles of this bridge increases.Based on engineering practice,a drilling construction technology for over 100 meters deep cast-in-place piles in complex strata cable-stayed bridges is proposed.The construction process and operation points are summarized,and the goal of drilling over 100 meters deep cast-in-place piles in complex strata is ultimately achieved.
