高层建筑桩基岩溶处理施工技术研究

湖南广泛分布着岩溶发育区,复杂的地质环境给高层建筑桩基设计与施工带来了严峻挑战.针对岩溶发育区高层建筑地基施工难度大的特点,研究依托湖南某市高层住宅项目提出了对点注浆的溶洞预处理方法,介绍了岩溶地区高层建筑桩基础的选型过程、优化分析及桩基施工要点.实践结果证明,溶洞预处理效果良好,且后续桩基检测结果均表明该岩溶预处理与桩基施工技术可满足高层建筑施工的需要.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF KARST TREATMENT ON PILE FOUNDATION OF HIGH-RISE BUILDING
Hunan is widely distributed with a large number of karst development areas,and the complex geo-logical environment poses severe challenges to the design and construction of high-rise building pile foundations.In response to the difficulty of constructing high-rise building foundations in karst development areas,a pre-treatment method for karst caves using point grouting was proposed based on a high-rise residential project in a city in Hunan Province.The selection process,optimization analysis,and key points of pile foundation construction for high-rise buildings in karst areas were introduced.The practical results have proved that the pre-treatment effect of karst caves is good,and the subsequent pile foundation testing results indicate that the karst pre-treatment and pile foundation construction technology can meet the needs of high-rise building construction.
