APPLICATION AND MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
With the rapid development of information technology,construction project information management system plays an increasingly important role in project management.This study discusses the application of construction project information management system,analyzes its management characteristics,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy,in order to provide useful reference for the modernization and intellectualization of project management.This study relies on Shenzhen Public Works Department to strengthen the project management system of information engineering by using e-engineering and EIM management platform,taking task management as the main line,to realize real-time monitoring and dynamic display of project progress,improve the efficiency of management and control.
