摘要

研究以永安国富大厦项目为例,分析介绍了涉地铁保护工程深基坑施工微扰动控制管理要点,阐述了在运用合适施工技术的前提下,不同工况的施工扰动因素,并加以精细化管理,减少其对周边环境的扰动,以达到良好的基坑安全及地铁隧道变形控制效果,其可为后续同类施工项目提供借鉴经验.

Abstract

Taking the Yong'an guofu building project as an example,this study introduces the key points of micro disturbance control management in deep foundation pit construction related to subway protection engineering.it elaborates on the analysis of construction disturbance factors under different working conditions under the premise of using appropriate construction techniques,and fine management to reduce disturbance to the surrounding environment,achieve good foundation pit safety and subway tunnel deformation control effect,and provide reference experience for similar construction projects in the future.
