隧道跨越巨型溶洞施工关键技术研究

研究以贵南高铁甲良三号隧道跨越巨型溶洞段为工程背景,对拱隧一体结构施工关键技术进行了研究,先对跨越溶洞段落的隧道洞身施作锚索加强,在溶洞范围施作超前注浆支护后,按照台阶法开挖隧底基坑,采用独立的吊装设备调运基坑碴土,然后施作拱圈地模、拱座及支墩,分段浇筑拱圈结构后分层回填拱上结构,最后施作隧道二次衬砌结构.结果表明,拱隧一体结构施工关键技术攻克了隧道跨越巨型溶洞安全快速施工与配套工艺的技术难题,保证了隧道跨越巨型溶洞的施工安全.
RESEARCH ON KEY TECHNOLOGY OF TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION ACROSS GIANT KARST CAVES
Based on the engineering background of Guinan Gaotie Jialiang No.3 tunnel crossing the giant karst cave section,this study studies the key technology of arch-tunnel integrated structure construction.Firstly,the tunnel body crossing the karst cave section is strengthened with anchor cable.After the advance grouting support is applied in the karst cave area,the tunnel bottom foundation pit is excavated according to the step method,and the independent hoisting equipment is designed to carry out the foundation pit slag soil transportation.Then the arch ring ground model,arch seat and buttress are applied.After pouring the arch ring structure in sections,the arch structure is backfilled in layers,and finally the tunnel secondary lining structure is applied.The results show that the key technology of arch-tunnel integrated structure construction has overcome the technical problems of safe and rapid construction and supporting technology of tunnel crossing giant karst cave,and ensured the construction safety of tunnel crossing giant karst cave.
