桥梁墩身模板与挂篮模板模块化周转设计研究

研究主要以桥梁施工模板使用过程中出现的模板周转次数少、空闲率高、模板制作多、成本高等问题进行了分析.以某特大桥为例,将模板设计贯穿于整个模板施工阶段,综合考虑将墩身模板与挂篮模板无缝周转设计,利用Revit技术进行桥梁墩柱模板设计及装配模拟,通过算法流程结合MID AS软件验算模型得出最优结构.研究结果表明:在满足模板强度、刚度及稳定性的前提下,墩身模板转挂篮模板周转率达77.42%.
RESEARCH ON MODULAR TURNOVER DESIGN OF BRIDGE PIER BODY FORMWORK AND HANGING BASKET FORMWORK
The research mainly analyzes the problems of low turnover frequency,high vacancy rate,excessive template production,and high cost that occur during the use of bridge construction templates.Taking a certain super large bridge as an example,the template design is integrated throughout the entire template construction stage.Taking into account the seamless turnover design of the pier body template and the hanging basket template,Revit technology is used for the design and assembly simulation of the bridge pier column template.The optimal structure is obtained by combining the algorithm process with MIDAS software to verify the model.The research results indicate that,under the premise of meeting the requirements of template strength,stiffness,and stability,the turnover rate of pier body template to hanging basket template reaches 77.42%.
