钢箱梁顶推施工中临时支架布置形式分析研究

摘要
研究以某跨高速公路桥梁工程为例,分析了临时支架布置形式对钢箱梁在顶推施工中的受力影响.基于数值模拟方法,建立了符合实际工程的钢箱梁顶推模型,提取不同工况下主梁和导梁的最大应力值及位移值,并分析其变化情况,研究结果以期为类似工程提供参考.
Abstract
Taking a bridge project spanning a certain expressway as an example,this study analyzed the influence of temporary support layout on the stress of steel box girders during top pushing construction.Based on numerical simulation methods,a steel box girder top push model suitable for practical engineering was established.The maximum stress and displacement values of the main beam and guide beam under different working conditions were extracted,and their changes were analyzed.The research results are expected to provide reference for similar projects.
