地下室外墙单侧支模应用关键技术

现代城市的土地资源稀缺,施工场地狭小成为普遍性问题.地下室的外墙施工质量越来越受到参建单位的重视.在地下外墙结构边线距离基坑围护较小,依照传统方法对外墙进行双面支模并加固施工的情况下,防水在支护后狭窄的半封闭空间下施工安全风险大且后期的回填土无法做到夯实.回填土下沉会导致防水层破坏,增加了外墙渗漏风险.钢框模板单侧支模体系可节约工期,具有安装简单、成本低、抗渗好等特点.结合单侧支模体系的特殊工况,本研究从技术质量和管理的角度分析了单侧支模管理的关键技术问题,提出施工中易出现的关键问题,进行详细分析,并给出了解决方法.
THE APPLICATION OF THE KEY TECHNOLOGY OF THE SINGLE-SIDE FORMWORK OF THE EXTERNAL WALL OF THE BASEMEN
Land resources are scarce in modern cities,and the narrow construction site has become a common problem,and the construction quality of basement exterior walls is becoming more and more popular to the attention of the participating units.In the underground outer wall structure edge line is small from the foundation pit enclosure,according to the traditional method of double-sided formwork support and reinforcement of the outer wall Under the working condition,the construction safety risk of waterproofing in the narrow semi-enclosed space after support is large,and the backfill in the later stage can not be tamped.The backfill is sinking.This can lead to the destruction of the waterproofing layer and increase the risk of leakage on the exterior wall.The unilateral formwork support system of the steel frame formwork can save the construction period,and has the advantages of simple installation,low cost,good impermeability and other characteristics.Combined with the special working conditions of the unilateral formwork support system,this study analyzes the key to the management of single-sided formwork support from the perspective of technical quality and management.Technical problems,put forward the key problems that are prone to occur in construction,conduct detailed analysis,and give solutions.
