摘要

研究高层建筑物外立面装修锚固式吊篮悬挂机构施工技术.使用小T形支架提供稳定的支撑,将吊篮的悬挂机构固定在花架的结构梁上.使用螺钉将悬挂梁架设在T形支架上,调整前后支架的距离,计算安全绳的长度,使用撬棍来调平孔的位置.通过孔眼绑扎固定钢丝绳并用锁紧装置固定完成施工.测试结果表明:5个小组的最小应力值结果均满足100 MPa,整体位移量均在25 mm内,符合预期,能确保悬挂机构的稳定性和安全性.

Abstract

The construction technology of anchored hanging basket suspension mechanism for façade decoration of high-rise buildings is studied.A small T-bracket is used to provide stable support,and the suspension mechanism of the hanging basket is fixed to the structural beam of the flower stand.Use screws to erect the suspension beam on the T-bracket,adjust the distance between the front and rear brackets,calculate the length of the safety rope,and use a crowbar to level the position of the hole.The construction is completed by fixing the wire rope through eyelet binding and fixing it with a locking device.The test results show that the minimum stress values of the five groups are all 100 MPa,and the overall displacement is within 25 mm,which is in line with expectations,which can ensure the stability and safety of the suspension mechanism.
