摘要

针对作业面受限、周边环境复杂的深基坑肥槽回填施工等难点,通过高速泵设备+软管接驳,能灵活适用各种制约性空间,实现高效作业.选用高流动性与自密实性回填材料,快速形成低强度隔水帷幕,增强结构防渗漏性.液态固化土作场内制拌,减少了场内堆土、场外运输的消纳,满足绿色施工、节能减碳要求,做到了高效、绿色、减碳,具有广泛推广意义.

Abstract

Aiming at the difficulties of backfilling deep foundation pits with restricted working surface and complex surrounding environment,the high-speed pump equipment+hose connection can be flexibly applied to various constrained spaces to realise highly efficient operation;the selection of high-fluidity and self-compacting backfill materials quickly forms a low-strength water-isolating curtain and enhances structural seepage prevention;the liquid curing soil can be made and mixed on-site,avoiding the stagnation of soil in the field,on-site transportation and off-site dissipation,which is in line with the green construction and energy saving and carbon reduction,and achieves high efficiency and safety,green construction,energy-saving and carbon reduction with wide popularisation significance.
