CEMENT STABILIZED CRUSHED STONE BASE CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY IN MUNICIPAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION
The construction of cement stabilized crushed stone base for municipal roads is influenced by various factors, including mix proportions, construction and maintenance methods, and chemical reactions. These factors may cause shrinkage cracks in the base, thereby affecting its structural integrity and bearing capacity. When studying the construction technology of cement stabilized crushed stone base for a municipal road, this study focuses on exploring the optimal ratio of cement and aggregate to achieve the best combination of raw materials.Through compressive strength and splitting strength tests,it was determined that a mix ratio of 4%cement content and 0.6%synergist was the most ideal. The construction process covers multiple aspects such as raw material selection, mixture mixing,transportation,on-site paving, rolling, and maintenance.
