摘要
研究装配式结构的施工技术要点,对于现代建筑工业化具有重要意义.通过研究和应用重要的施工技术要点,可实现装配式混凝土结构的快速建设、提高建筑的耐久性、优化空间利用并降低施工安全风险.以泉州市惠安县涂寨镇卫生院迁建工程为例,分析了装配式结构施工中的重难点,并对装配式结构的运输及验收、装卸及堆放、安装等环节进行了探讨,以期提高建筑施工效率、质量和安全性,推动建筑行业可持续发展.
Abstract
Studying the key points of construction technology for prefabricated structures is of great significance for the industrialization of modern architecture.By studying and applying important construction techniques,it is possible to achieve rapid construction of prefabricated concrete structures,improve building durability,optimize space utilization,and reduce construction safety risks.Taking the relocation project of Tuzhai Town Health Center in Huian County,Quanzhou City as an example,this paper analyzes the key and difficult points in the construction of prefabricated structures,and discusses the transportation and acceptance,loading and unloading,stacking,installation and other links of prefabricated structures,in order to improve the efficiency,quality and safety of construction and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
