在建筑施工领域,支撑架的稳定性对工程安全至关重要.本研究针对建筑行业中近些年推广的盘扣架体梁下立杆支撑水平连接结合扣件连接方式的应用进行分析.重点关注在相同架体搭设参数条件下,现有盘扣规范和扣件规范计算轴心受压构件稳定性存在较大差异.通过对比分析规范中的相关内容,表明立杆稳定性在采用不同连接方式和适用不同规范时,扣件规范立杆稳定性计算更切合实际也更安全.
MECHANICAL DIFFERENCE ANALYSIS OF THE HORIZONTAL ROD OF THE PLATE BUCKLE FRAME IN USING PLATE BUCKLE CONNECTION AND FASTENER CONNECTION
In the field of construction,the stability of support frames is crucial for engineering safety.This article analyzes the application of the horizontal connection combined with fastener connection method for the vertical pole support under the buckle frame beam promoted in the construction industry in recent years.Key attention should be paid to the significant differences in the stability calculation of axial compression components between the existing buckle specifications and fastener specifications under the same frame installation parameters.By comparing and analyzing the relevant content of the two specifications,it is revealed that the stability calculation of the upright pole in the fastener specifications is more practical and safer when using different connection methods and applying different specifications.
