RISKS AND RESPONSES IN THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PHASE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE GENERAL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR
After a period of practice and development,the general contracting model is widely used in the field of engineering construction,especially in residential projects.Due to the nature of this contracting mode itself,in the specific implementation stage of the project,there are still many risk factors.In this paper,from the perspective of the general contracting unit,from the environment,project payment,budget estimation,management and other aspects,combing the residential general contracting project implementation stage of the risk and the reasons for the formation of the risk,analyze the degree of impact of various types of risk,and put forward proposals,in order to provide reference for future engineering practice.
