钢箱梁顶推技术在高速公路跨线桥施工中的应用

摘要
为保证高速公路跨线桥施工质量,以通修高速公路项目沙坪东互通立交桥跨越既有杭瑞高速为例,研究钢箱梁顶推技术.结合工程实际情况,设计钢箱梁顶推施工方案,选择630 t步履式平移顶推设备,依据施工标准完成顶推施工关键工序施工,完成钢箱梁的顶推施工.对施工结果分析后确定该技术的施工质量较好,抗倾覆能力的计算结果均在3以上,满足工程标准.
Abstract
In order to ensure the construction quality of highway overpass bridges,taking the example of the shapingdong interchange overpass of the tongxiu expressway project crossing the existing hangrui expressway,the steel box girder top pushing technology is studied.based on the actual situation of the project,design a steel box girder top pushing construction plan,select a 630 t walking type translational top pushing equipment,and complete the key process of top pushing construction according to the construction standards to complete the top pushing construction of the steel box girder.After analyzing the construction results,it was determined that the construction quality of this technology is good,and the calculation results of its anti overturning ability are all above 3,meeting the engineering standards.
